Customer Service Course

You've applied and applied and everyone says the same thing: We're looking for someone with experience. 

 

So how do you get experience if no one takes a chance on you so you can gain experience? It feels like a never ending loop!

 

We can help! Our course is specifically designed with first time job hunters in mind. Our instructor has 25 years in customer service and is here to help you get that job! 

 

In this course we will cover:

Resume & Cover letter Writing

Cash Handling

Answering Phones

How to deal with Challenging Situations

Interview Etiquette

First Impressions

and discuss what challenges our students have faced first hand when applying to jobs and how we can help them to overcome those hurdles.

 

This course is best designed for workforce aged students. 

Students are required to bring a notepad and pencil or pen for notes. They may bring with them a copy of their resume for review by our instructor (it will not be shared with the other students for critique). Students are encouraged to wear what makes them feel most comfortable but we do encourage them to dress as though they are going to an interview. 

 

This course is 4 hours long and we will break for 15 minutes halfway through.
